Backs okay for your body type, you need more traps shoulder and biceps. From the front you look like your in your late 20's from the back you look like your 16

take one with a better lighting cuz it makes a huge diffrence, u def need more traps. try close grip upright rows,. arms dont look girly but i would say more size would help a lot.

do a lot of weight on low reps thats what i do let down on bench at 100 and yeah... pump big for sets of 4-5 thats what i do..
