my first pics posted on the dungeon....4/9/08 at 176lbs after a bulk from 148lbs, sorry didn't take pics before to compare....started my Cut this week

not bad bro.Bet you were tiny at 148.You gained almost 30 lbs and you arent what i would call fat so you did pretty damn good

Thanks.... started bulking in December '07 so about 4 months of Bulking

Thanks bro.... yea i know it sucks i gained so much BF but i didn't know anything about diet until i joined the dungeon so i was on a SEE IT EAT IT diet for my bulk, but you live and you learn now i know better for my next bulk
