Judging from the first couple of pics, shoulders is the first that comes to mind. Your triceps need a little work aswell, you got good traps.
And I agree with Chris, post a few pics while not flexing to get a better look at things.

Chest and back need work

1. Dead Lift
2. Squats
3. Bench Press

make sure to include these in ur workouts! Eat Clean, complex carbs, high protein foods( Steak, Chicken, Fish) to put on muscle.

Clean your room also! LOl

relax a bit and don't push your shoulders into your neck.

def need to work on posing.

but other than that you need more chest, arms, delts, and ur width on your lats.

but overall, work on posing

im trying to figure that out myself, i've seen a few people fail at doing lat spreads and ending up with that, but idk.

Back on topic... Shoulders and Tri's, and a little work on your lats.

You will need to get huge in order to even out. Unless you want that track and field star body.

Yeah, traps are great for shorter people cuz it makes u look more massive than you are, but this guy really needs to even **** out and figure out how to pose right.
