Great upper body size! How are the wheels?

The wheels are getting there. I am starting to work them out more than I used to. My knee joints aren't the best but I am working on getting more squating in. I am using lighter weight most of the time and going all the way down. Genetically my calves aren't there,but I am working on that more also. They will be to where I want them by summer time. I will def. gain alot of extra wieght just from working the legs out more. I will post up some more pics in a few weeks to show my progress.

you need to work on wings a bit more every thing else in your upper body is definitely in good shape.
