You look really thin for gaining muscle (body fat wise), are you trying to stay on the lean side and build up? How much are you eating? I used to be thin and worked out before but I wasn't eating enough, once I ate good I grew like crazy.

im 18 and the gym is a british hardcore. 2 levels, downstair machine and upstairs more dumbbelss and stuff

You've got great bodyfat, so most of what you put on will be lean.

Like the others have said, start chowing down on some massive amounts of protein to help fill out your frame. Don't worry, it comes age.

My only other advice would be to work on your shoulders. Looks like your traps are overpowering your shoulders. Try a few weeks with upright rows in your shoulder workouts and see if that makes a different to your front delts.
