No, my weight stayed the same, not even touching cardio for awhile. Not sure how long yet, just want to gain as much lean muscle mass and get cut up when summer comes around. Yeah, the weight difference is alot, most people who see me now ask what the hell happened to me...depressing yet motivating! My delts are definetly my best bodypart, I can't wait for a few more months until the re-appear themselves. I just pretty much stoped lifting and started eating like a bird but those days are of the past. I'm 5'11. I'll definetly get my workout/nutrition log posted here soon.
