Not yet, I've always had a naturally larger upper body, but I am on week 2 of my workout and legs of course is part of my regular routine with squats, leg extensions and legs curls, followed with lots of good sets of calf raises.
I did my 1st calf workout and it was hard to walk for a week
I'll get some new pics up soon so I can track my progress.
