Arms and legs arent bad at all.Looking lean too.Really need to hit your delts hard because it looks like you have a narrow frame and this will bring your shoulders up and make you appear alot wider and help with the V shape.Delst chest and lats are the weaker points but still not bad at all.You def have something going on.

Good base with nice arms but work more on your delts, your chest and your back. Both thickness and width.

Before I entered the forum i was cutting, well actually dieting as i wasn't so serious. then I started bulking a few month ago.

unfortunate my whole family have flat chest so i've been fighting with my genetic. But be shure i'll follow the advise

First thing i noticed was your awsome calves, then i noticed how it went straight up from there. try to bring out those quads; squat. And as the others said bring up your chest. Arms are definately a strong point as well as your overall definition.

I just noticed something..

If you look closely you have a really unique midsection. Somewhat like Dexter Jackson's midsection which I tend to admire. Once you bring out those abs during your next cut, they'll look awesome.

def. similar. The way the abs taper in under the pecs and look like they're located a little higher up than most.

just like everybody else said on here you have a good base, you just need to get your diet going, train harder and gains will come, remember diet is more important than training! dont try to be easy on yourself at the gym and say next time its going to be harder, just lift heavy and right every time in the gym

Yep, got to agree with the guys, you've got one of those frames that looks narrow through the chest and shoulders.

Keep punching away on the bench, also start training shoulders like they are your new favorite bodypart! Heaps of shoulder press, upright rows and laterial raises!!

I might be wrong here, but I think until your shoulders grow, you won't get that wide look you're after. So get into them!!
