Hi Comunity

Im 21 years old 173cm and 69 Kilos (67 at the Pics). Atm I try to improve my cheast an Tri. I start 10 month ago and don't use steroids.

Yes I know, not the perfect proportions :(

I hope I can improve the whole optic when I gain about 7 Kilos. Of cause this will took some years :)

Hi Bros!

I want to show you some new pictures.

But before I have to say, that I haven't the best time till now. I was seriosly ill and lose a lot of size ( lol, even if I can use the word Size for me ) But now I still drop some bf and gain some muscles.

Well the weight is stil the same with the pix on the first page, but I improved my Traps Legs and Chest a lil bit. Also I'm even more ripped.

Just be honest, and say what you think about this pix and the progress, even when you think that there is no progress

67kg @ 174cm between 8% and 10% bf







btw: still natural *lol*

I tried to eat anythin i can get, as many as possible, but it drives me crazy that I don't become "bigger".

I'm go with 2,5k kcal now. Shoulkd I go for 3k kcal or even more?

I've got a "standart-office-job" where I m sitting on ma ass for 7h a day and its hard to eat enaug in lunch. Should I try Weight-Gainer?

You look great! Shows a lot of hard work.

2500 calories is obviously not enough for you. Eat more. Where there's a will, there's a way.


Personally I think you should concentrate on doing incline bench, heavy rows, and wide grip weighted chins. A little more meat on your upper Pecs and Teres Major (wings) would go a long way to filling you out and making your waist look smaller.

Only ten months?
You are definatly on the right track. Now you must think of adding lean muscle. There is never a reason to take steroids in my mind you only have to eat , sleep and train in the right way. Eat healthy foods high in protein, try to sleep eight hours a day, seperate yor training into body parts :one day back the next chest etc. and most importantly workout on a regular basis or forget making improvements.

I start training about a year ago. But disturbed by illness a few times, lose mass and begun with light weights again and so on.

I don't want to use juice for me, but I'm a real fan of the big guys on stage.

Well it's a kind of joke when I say "sill natural" I'm natural for life, but everybody have to decide for his own. It's okay for me. It's freaky but everybody is a kind of freak, or not

Awesome work for just a year. You have the same problem as me - goos condition but find it really hard to put on size. Really trying to put on some mass at the mo. Just keep eating (like everyone has been saying) even if you're not hungry, cos' if you're not getting bigger it's not enough! Your shape is superb though, definately not doing anything wrong as far as your training is going at the mo judging by the pics! Legs look really good!

yeah it wouldnt hurt for you to take some Growth supplements that contain a good supply of extra carbs... try sticking to those compound excercises and constantly test out your max. So, for legs make sure you do squat, chest -benchpress, biceps - barbell curls, triceps - close-grip benchpress.....performing these kinds of excercises ensures you are subjecting your muscles to maximum weight and you'll quickly pack on the mass.

All excercises you listed are includ in my routine allready. Well... I'm not looking for any excuse, but I'm a kind of "hardgainer" (hate that word) and lost mass cause of illnes.

December I'll try creatin , tomorrow I'll start extending ma stomach
