i still got a hell of a long way to go. just my half a year progress, i juts turned 16 and i hope to be twice as big next year.. currently bulking. i myself think i look pathetic right now, im lacking everything right now. chest, shoulders,traps just to name a few. back and legs i couldnt get decent lighting. crack on me guys, i can handle it.

but you'll all see in a year! or sooner.

means alot guys, i appreciate the support. and can sum1 estimate my bodyfat% for me please? i weight 176 and it really doesnt look it. i have a little belly, im not too fat though. umm my theory is that its bcus of my legs.. my legs are prety big, so i duno ne ideas?
