I started to lift about 7 weeks ago and was extremely thin(still am, but getting better) i have been bulking for 4 weeks and i'm going to keep bulking until summer. I deffininetly have gotten bigger, but im still really scrawny. (currently 132, 5'9).

please tell me what i need to work on. i wish i had a before and after photo, but i don't. even though i'm still real small i have improved alot.

Well, im 3 weeks from being 15y/o, im 5'9" 160lbs, my body structure is just big naturally so dont worry about our weight difference, but my best advice to you would be to focus on a certain group of muscles that come easy to you to train and increase in size/weight, for me its my legs and back, its real easy for me to get those 2 bigger, so i focus alot on them to get heavier, so i guess u just need to find your muscles thats easy for you to train.
