I started to lift about 7 weeks ago and was extremely thin(still am, but getting better) i have been bulking for 4 weeks and i'm going to keep bulking until summer. I deffininetly have gotten bigger, but im still really scrawny. (currently 132, 5'9).

please tell me what i need to work on. i wish i had a before and after photo, but i don't. even though i'm still real small i have improved alot.

The 3 Steps in Bodybuilding
1st-You are too fat or two thin,so you are sick of yourself and you start to train.
After getting normal you go to lvl2.
2nd-You do it for the girls or boys, depending on your sex.
After doing this successfully, if you have the balls you will try LEVEL3,on which are guys like Kevin L,Ronnie C,Jay C,Victor M, etc.
These guys dont care about attracting girls!

sorry about the bad photos, it kinda hard to take good ones in the mirror. Plus i'm a little too embarrassed to have someone else take them for me.

You remind me of myself when I started. I'm 5'10'' and started around 135. How many calories are you taking in daily? Any supplements?

What is your bulking plan, if you've been doing it for a month already you cant have gained that much weight because your abs are still poppin out

So Far so Good you just need to eat I try to eat every couple hours Try to get about 6 meals in a day and keep your workouts hard and intense

You have a good base. Work your way up with a lot of food. Go for 6+ meals a day!

nice, i never was really thin, i was always heavier and bulky. so it was easier for me to get muscular. keep bulkin tho. good luck
