Hey how is it goin? I feel i am ready to start bulking up a little bit. i dont want to get massive but i want to have some significant mass to me.

You got a good shape to you man.Narrow waist and wider shoulders.Backs not too bad.You could have a pretty good physique.At your age just eat alot of clean food.feed every 2-3 hrs.1.5 grams of protein per lb of body weight well lean body mass which is almost all your weight.Eat some good carbs after your workout.Keep track of your progress take pics often.Even post themm here.You have potential if you set your mind to it

here's a few points for you to work on, you got a naturally small waist which is good, your traps are quite impressive, in fact they are damn good, too good, the size of your traps is taking away from your shoulder width and makes you look narrower(exact same problem i have) work on shoulder width as well as lat width to create more of a v-taper. don't take this the wrong way, it is not meant in a bad way just some constructive criticism to help bring you "weaker" points up. but overall looking good, keep constant and results will come.

naa its cool man.. thanks for hte pointers. yeah ive noticed i need to work on my lats. and shoulders yes. ill get there. my traps have always been like big though. but ill post in like a couple weeks or so see if there is improvement,.

Aight bro I got some imput for this. Im also 19, turned 19 in Oct, I also bulked a bit, gaining about 30 pounds from then to now, currently 6'2 225 pounds. Im experiencing fairly significant stretch marks across my chest and biceps...and im still around 12%BF so seeing how your lean now, if you bulk youll inherit stretch marks...I dont care about them just part of the game, but you might. Make sure as you bulk buy some Vitamin E oil and cover your arms, arm pits, chest to help with it

Nice physique bro.. Eat clean, Train and Rest.. repeat 1 million times.

Train your shoulder's with military presses,

Lats with chins or lat pull downs for lat width.

Side laterals to get your width.

Dont neglect your legs at a young age. They need to grow also,, remember total body package.

lol i actually really want to shave my arms hahha. my gf is telling me not to though. she says its manly or soemthign and she wants me to keep em haha. i think ima just do it anyway though lol... thnx mucho guys

another thing i dont really plan on bulking up a real large amount. like i prob wanna get about 20 or so lbs
i dont wanna be more than 185. i just wanna have some bulk but i am going to need flexability and a good deal of it. since i go to school for massage therapy.
