These pics are of a friend of mine who just began lifting. they were taken about a month ago, and my roommate is also in some of the pics goofing off and being funny.

My friend wanted me to send him the pics, so i just posted them here for him to see. keep in mind he is just beginning and wanted to have pics to chart his progress from day 1.

as far as my brother goes, yep, he's big. he and i both have been battling some sickness though, so we've lost some size recently. hopefully will be back on track soon to get bigger though.

he does all types of crazy stuff. he took pics with that shirt around his neck so he would look like a super hero or something. He's a very funny guy

Tell your friend to get stuck in I'm sure after a few sessions the feel good factor will keep him goimng back for more and by posting his pics it serves as good motivation to progress.

Yeah your bro is in awesome shape. Contests should be in his mind I'd kill to get a physique like that.
