well i dont eat any junk food, or soft drinks and stuff like that, my carbs comes from Brown rice, Whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, oat meal, whole wheat cereal in the morning, sweet potatoes. these are my carbs in the diet. i eat 6 meals a day, if u want i can post my diet and u guys can correct it!
