Definitely a difference in the before and after. I have to ask though did you shave in the before pics? Thats a lot of hair growth for 1yr.

Progress looks good, much more better than when I was 17. Could be more cut in the abs though Im not complaining.

currently im just bulking and im eating lots of carbs, so its hard to get the abs to show, and my abs are not very well trained too

what do u mean by that? do you mean i have to cut? or do you mean im not eating enough? or my diet is messed up? bcuz im bulking now and eveyday i learn new stuff about bulking for example about 2 months ago i used to eat white rice, or just a chicken breast for lunch with orange juice, then by reading stuff here i learned that each meal has to contain certain amnt of complex carbs.

I think what Kirk's saying bro is that you need to keep this bulk clean. Eat BIG, but very little junk food. Empty carbs will cause, as I would say 'unwanted BF'. Keep the meals healthy while staying in your macrototals. You've got a great frame, don't cheat too much on the bulk The more BF you lose, the harder you cutting phase becomes.

In physics,
Power = Work / Time

Substitution dictates:
Knowledge = Work / Money

Solve for Money which = Success:
Money = Success = Work / Knowledge

Thus, success is determined by the amount of work you put in so long as you maintain a certain level of knowledge :)

well i dont eat any junk food, or soft drinks and stuff like that, my carbs comes from Brown rice, Whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, oat meal, whole wheat cereal in the morning, sweet potatoes. these are my carbs in the diet. i eat 6 meals a day, if u want i can post my diet and u guys can correct it!
