Wow you have some great definition. Pack on some mass and your on your way.

I don't know your current training routine. If I may suggest hitting the bench press, squat and doing deadlifts are all compound movements..

What is your diet like, how old you by the way.

i have a strict diet. which i will post soon, due to getting my connection back soon

and i am 18yrolds

any suggestions of what to workout for my back and other bits of bobs which is lagging

deadlifts 100%, very wide grip chins, barbell rows, rack deadlifts.

they will all give you a BIG back

right you will need to
back:

wide grip pull ups or wide grip lat pull downs
wide grip seated rows
close grip seated rows

chest :
bench press
laying down flys
incline bench

thats just what i do some times

and every other week put dead lifts in as well

so will need legs as well

leg extentions
leg press
squats

and thats what some times do
