well right now im just trying to put on some mass. ive been eating clean for a couple months now so im starting to kick up my caloric intake.. trying to average around 270g of protein a day. i sprained my ankle so i havent been able to do legs in a long time. i bulked up last year got up to 185 and cut down in july so my strength is still getting back up.

the plan for the year is try and put on as much mass as i can and stay around 13-15%BF.. right now im prob like 9-10%. then late spring start cutting down. my goal is to be around 190-195 at the end of my bulk.

i dont have much for before.. i have like 1 or 2 pictures from when i was around 182-183 at 17% BF but theyre also mirror pics. ive never gotten someone to take pictures of me so i cant do real poses but i'll definitely be posting more in a few months when i start packin on mass.
