Hey all. Just wanted to post sum pics to c what people think dont have many though. I shouldve done more leg pics... but i couldnt be bothered changing shorts and straining anymore :P

Im 18, 6"3 and 227lbs

lol i cant believe u said that freak... thanks :) thing is im overtrained in the upper body and with these pics im pretty carb depleted. So ive decided to take a few days off maybe a week for recovery and ill take sum more pics u will see a HUGE difference

This might be hard to believe but those legs werent built in the gym :o haha most of the time when i was working before moving heavy stuff is where my legs grew like trees :). As for training Freak i havent had a break in 6 months!!! so far ive taken three days off... i feel better im eating more and i feel my muscles growing and recovering do u think i should take a week off?

Thanks for the support guys it really helps. Yer i need that week off... i trained today and i was basically running on fumes while drinkin an in workout drink for the first time.

God damn it i'm making calls to this endo hes always booked out... the state of health care in this country is shocking.
