Hey, just wondering if I could get some criticism/suggestions on these pics?
I'm 5'6" or 5'7" and between 175 and 180.

thanks guys, I'm actually tryin to bring out those two points you mentioned. I hit both of those muscle groups really heavy, but they seem to be weakpoints of mine... especially chest.

I don't know about you guys, but I think his back and chest are greattt. But I guess compared to the rest of your body, those body parts are slightly lacking.
