yea i have a pretty solid diet i eat about 5-6 meals a day and i consume between 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound. i always take a good multivitamin and whey protein. but i ran out of protein yesterday so instead of just getting another whey protein i got a real good gainer so hopefully it will help me put on a few pounds. and i also take
flax oil, and a few weeks ago i started taking micronized creatine monohydrate and i know a lot of people dont like glutamine supplements but my last protein didnt really have a significant amount in it so i bought a glutamine product that has 5 grams per serving of L-glutamine and glutamine peptides and i have really came to like to combination creatine and glutamine. and in the gym i just listen to my ipod and get in the zone i dont even pay attention to anyone else, i know it doesnt matter if your benching 300lbs if your form is **** its pointless. so i try to use as much weight as possible without affecting my form... thanks Dustin
