Bodyfat at the show was till high, fucking trainer fucked me on that. Next year I plan on doing the show again and going to nationals. I know what i have to work on and I plan on winning next year!

Thanks bro's, came down from 18% BF so i was pretty impressed with myself on my diet.

Next year is my year! I got 2 chances to make nationals.

you look good fella, its a shame about the bodyfat, cos uve got a cracking set of wheels, and ive got great proportion.

you say you come from 18stone, thats impressive, specially to keep so much lean mass

but not uve got yr bodyfat that low, really focus on weaker areas and add as much lean mass as possible at this stage, you will look ace for your next show i reckon,

u seem set on it, so go for it! and yeh, use layne, he'll get u in ripped,

chrispghmuscle: I was @ 5.8% morning of show. Lost 17lbs of water with proper "supplements".

Freak: Thanks bro, heavy heavy lifting and massive eating.

yosahab: At weeks 7-4 my body fat platued at 7-6% and was told by my trainer (Who owns a Max Muscle) not to worry about doing extra cardio or tweaking the diet. "it will drop don't worry" he would say. At week 3 i got worried and increased my cardio and started cutting carbs. I was always told to listen to my trainer and have confidence in him no matter what.

Vinsulin: I don't believe i was flexing my quads in the pict...my bad since it was the night show and was bummed about my placing. 5.8%

DAEss: Does Layne...work with non-natural bodybuilders? I ate pretty well on my contest prep, never let my protein drop lower then 290g's per day. Never lost track on my diet nor cheated. Thanks bro.

you looked pretyt good zomb!!! too bad about the body fat issue.. The only thing that most muscular pose needs is a few more striations in your pecs hehe
