By the summer of 06 i was at 143lb and at 3% body fat. I got strict with my workout and diet and now by fall of 07 I'm at a hefty 163lbs. I gained about 20lbs. At the same time I feel fat. Well, I didn't really take any more pictures back then since I was ashamed of the way I looked. Therefore, thats about the only before picture I have. I'll have to update on my back pictures too. That'll come soon.

Thanks for the comments. I never thought my shoulders were ever going to grow at all. Yes. I'm all natural. But don't you think I'd be even bigger if i wasn't? I personally think a roided body is huge.

You've made really great progress. And when you get in the 200 range, you'll see guys that are within 50 pounds of you that have juiced, they won't seem so huge then.

You should be able to wear anything you want if you're spending at least 4-5 days a week in the gym. Just nothing too gay I suppose.

Thanks. But recently I've plateau on my lats. I'm actually losing ideas of what do do to work them out. I've only been doing wide pull ups, lat pull downs, iso pull downs, and the overhead pullovers. Pretty much it's like a routine now to the point, I don't think it's doing anything for me. I'm not sure, I might probably just have too much fat on me? I don't want to do cardio either, to burn yet, I'm still building.

When do you guys think would be a good time for me to start leaning down? Or should I not even think about that at all at the moment? I do want to get a little cut for the upcoming summer, but again scared to lose a lot of mass.

BF 7,5% last time it was measured (on the 16th of oct. before springbreak ) prob. little higher now
length about 6ft. 6" (we use cm/meters about 1,96m-1.97m)

I'm really short. I'm only 5'5". I didn't really notice how much my traps and pecs grew until I saw an old picture of myself. I guess its different when you see yourself everyday. I wish my lats were a little bit bigger and wider. I don't think its symmetric to my body.
