it depends on the persons genetics to how big they are naturally. im currently 275lbs and natural. it wont be that crazy for u to hit 200lbs. my workout partner was 150lbs when he started a year ago and now hes 200lbs so about 50lbs of muscle in a year with just eating alot and hard training. people tend to take the easy way

Thanks. I'm pretty flattered, but at the same time don't really think my body is that great at the moment. It might be a great change from about a year or two ago though. I'm just not satisfied with my front lat spread, also I wish my upper back was more developed. But I'm trying to work hard at it.

It seems really hard lately to keep working out and seeing about 1 or 2 pounds of gains in weight within 3 to 4 weeks and feeling like its fat. I always feel like its time to slim down, but then something keeps telling me to keep going? It would be nice to hit 180lbs but at this point it seems fat to me. Anyone ever get that feeling?

Those are great comparisons. IN the first you look like you're forcing it hard, the second those babies spread out with ease!!!

Also the difference in your triceps is incredible! There is very little fat there.

As far as a back routine, I think someone may have already suggested, but just to reinforce it: T-BAR ROWS, Straight bar bent over rows.

If you are not working legs, hit them. Squats will do wonders for your whole body (Make sure you know how to do them correctly though, so you don't injure yourself...Experience talking here, too embarrasing to relate...LOL)

I usually take a quarter of legs off after every 3 quarters. I had surgery on my leg and keeps me from going too heavy and squatting too low. I'll put up some pictures of my leg this weekend. So squats is actually a whole body workout?
