ive been bulking i havent gained any BF and ive put on like 5 lbs it went to width lol like u said befor. ill bulk to about 185 n cut.

lol i dont consider myslf "short" im 5'9 it average height lol well immm accualy bigger now lifing traps n lats harder im also more lean so like i say "allways a work in progress" im comeing for u jay... i just saw simplyhuge's profile and hees same weight n hight hees leaner then me now prolly by like 4% soo 7 more lbs of muscle lol he lost a hell of alot of weight to same as me kinda weird
