the truth is that i have only fined tuned my nutrition in the past 3 months so this is only with like 3 months of solid nutrition

here i have one more pic, i have no color in these pics either, can u guys just let me know my stong points and my weak points and what i have to work on i would greatly appreciate it.

You're well on your way... But I have one tiny thing to add, you might wanna consider getting your body waxed/shaved or something and getting a nice tan.

Maybe this is just me but it seems like the traps are out of proportion with everything else. I mean they are outstanding just way bigger. Is this just me if it is sorry for saying it. Other then that I think you need a lil more triceps and biceps that's all but dont we all

I'm not really sure....my buddy at the gym told me his bf is at 8 and he looks a lot more cut than that...but it could just be water retention or something ya know?

need to see the legs before i can really comment, i think...the fact that you are 5'8" and only 168 with an upper body like that leads me to believe that your legs are probably lacking...however, i can't really say that until you post pics

Strong Points: Shoulders, Lats, Traps, Chest

Weak Points: Biceps, (Focus on making your arms a lot bigger because your forearms are dwarfing them.) I don't know about legs, but good luck.
