no he means your body looks thick, i would say in a good way. yeah you gained some fat, but that can come off bro! great job. lookin wider, and your middle back looks more full. wheres those LEGS?

Yeah really fine shape of bulk, but remember do not loose fat to fast due to that your skinn maybe cannot follow and you will burn more then muscle if you loose more den like ½kg of fat per week

500- your intake at the moment and you should be fine :) gl
