it comes from to much protein. and i just hate it cuz of my chest i would be in heaven if it would be none in my chest. i need to remove it and i can´t reduce the protein i eat. i have always had acne on my. it started like when i was 18. i started to get on my chest and my back

Yeah, I'm also make a derm appointment today after lifting, I'm going to ask for accutane cause I tried everthing else and it didn't work. Suppodesly accutane will remove acne permanently after a 2-5 month cycle. But it is very toxic. (just like steroids.) lol (big ****ing deal.)

it is depending on the dose........I'm 16 and it did nothing to me (it really only ****s with your liver.....if its been ****ed up before).........and right now im going on my 6th month......its practicallly all gone.....just one or two zits here and there........but besides that all thats left is some minor scaring.......try it.......you won't regret it

Good body.

For the Acne go to any Doc, they will give you some tihng against.

And for generaly clean skin use Zinc. 25mg per day, keeps ypor skin clean und also push teso self-production.

If you do use roids, please stop it.I didn't claim that you do, but just to let you know, that juice also can effect acne.

Not exactly. Accutane does NOT cure acne. It suppresses the symptoms very efficiently (this effect can last for a long time) and the body will get ride of the acne by itself. If your body wouldn't get ride of it by itself naturally at some point, Accutane won't do it either. So if you are 16 and you take Accutane, it is very likely that it will "cure" your condition. If you are 35 and have had acne for 20 years, then it prolly will not "cure" your acne.

If I use myself as an example of this. I'm 30 and have had acne for 16 years or so. I've been on Roaccutan (Accutane in Europe) 4 times and still have acne (zits, blackheads, scarring and a very oily skin). Probably will have it until my testosterone levels drop significantly (somewhere after I turn 60......... ).

You can get rid of acne in 3 months just go to your local doctor and get medication, worked for me and i had probly 10x worse than u did.

acne is the little thing man but you have a good base you cant get rid of protien to look good you need the protein to get big. go tanning in a tanning bed it drys the skin out and gets rid of the acne dont pic at it ( my mom always says)
