hey guys well after training solid and very anal for 6 months this is how it is...so far, so far ive managed to keep the stats on the signature in regards to weight the same but the bf has dropped slightly, also the bicep size is the same but the weights lifted are higher. and here i am showing it off seeing what you guys think, bear in mind that im going natural so no way im going to be huge but yea and the left lat is lagging but thank you lbj ive changed the back programme around and starting to notice results haha but yea the left lat is lagging and my biggest concern atm so peace fellas
