Heres one more more I found on a mem. card.I'd say this is about 6 months ago at approximately 170lbs.
even when I get sick,or have to take a break from the gym due to work scheduling,or whatever the reason,I
normally don't lose too much on my arms.But they are not easy gaining muscles iether.I have to really murder my arms in order to get good gains.I have'nt touched anything in a while.This next one coming up is going to really be devoted to what my buddies call my "M" shape.I guess they say that when I am on you can always tell because I blow up mostly in my arms,delts,and chest.This group of muscles are in an "M" formation on my upper torso.I want to lose that "M" shape and try for more of an X frame.Thats one thing I will admit I need to work on.
