My bench went down from 405lbs to 385lbs when I went down in weight, but last week at 190lbs I did 150lb dumbells for 20 reps.My max is'nt as high as it was but I have a lot more endurance now.I'm only 5ft7-1/2When I was up over 230 and even 240 it got to the point I lost my breathe getting up from a seated position,or tieing my shoes.I might not fill out my XL Gold's T like I used to,but now I can walk on the beach with no shirt and not have to wear a tank top to hide my love handles.I mean I never got up over 17-18% BF but for me thats a lot.Insulin is a big part of the reason I got up to that weight.I'm done with that though.Just diet, proper supplements, and doing things smart this time.I always used the gear as a crutch. Now I'm seeing what it's like to train natural. It's not that much different once you've gotten past the fact that you just are'nt going to heal as quickly when in natural form, and you must really take more care in doing things the correct way.No skipping meals, that sort of thing.
