Age: 19
Height: 5'11
Weight: I first hit the gym at 125lbs a year ago and Im currently 151lbs.
Im not sure what I can max on any exercise... I don't have a training partner anymore so I don't go crazy heavy like I use to with certain free weights. I know my limits and keep it within them just to be safe. I suppose I should get some of my lazy ass friends to train with me so I can lift heavy again haha.
To get an idea of what I lift I bench 185x10 for three sets then 205 for 8 reps on the last set. I squat 205x8-10 reps for 3 sets then 225x4-6 reps on the last set. My legs are most definately my weakest body part Im trying to bring up the most.
I havn't deadlifted in a about a year and I never do cleans so im still unsure about my overall lifting stats. Im also still new to this and I'm just really getting into bodybuilding so any helpful advice would be must appreciated!
