the one thing i'll tell ya is since your in a bulk...don't worry about staying super lean when doing it. eat eat eat!!! try as hard as you can to eat lean foods, but keep your protein at 1-1.5g per pound bodyweight. drink tons of water....at least a gallon per day. go hard, go heavy and get to your goals bud! i'm pullin for ya!

and about my pecs , yeah recently they have improved and have rised up .

i tell u sumthing, 1 of my mate in school, hes like big but round and his chest when u look at him side ways, hes got 2 big MANboobs .. i hope my wont be like that ^^ cos i dont like it lolol
