figured u have waited long enough... i have now added 50lbs in 7 months.. i know i was supposed to post up pics at 190lbs, but u have waited so long and 189,4lbs isnt too far away is it? lol
i am absolutely cold in these pics! figured that would be best, cause normally when i walk around i am not pumped at all

and btw, doing a back shot with ur mouse in ur left hand is hard.. but here u go

hey im eating as hell man! u have muscle memory i dont lol^^ ive never been this high before.. im glad i kept my weight cause yesterday was stressy and no proper diet.. =/

i know what you mean man. when i was 215 i was juicing though this time i'm natural so it's a lot harder for me. please tell me that sometimes you just eat till the point you think your going to be sick
