figured u have waited long enough... i have now added 50lbs in 7 months.. i know i was supposed to post up pics at 190lbs, but u have waited so long and 189,4lbs isnt too far away is it? lol
i am absolutely cold in these pics! figured that would be best, cause normally when i walk around i am not pumped at all

and btw, doing a back shot with ur mouse in ur left hand is hard.. but here u go

i have decent lat width, but i cant flex both lats while hollding a mouse.. hard to explain but i wont hit the capture motion button if i do so lol
