I just started lifting and eating right about 9 months ago. I was in a size 56 and now I am in a size 38. (465 pounds to 340 pounds).

Still going strong!!

I plan to hit 300 pounds.... Basicly I lift very basic (cause I really don't know any better) I bench, incline press, curls, leg lifts, leg press, rowing and cardio on my off days (once in a while) :).

I stopped drinking coke & pepsi and only drink water, diet hawiian punch and a couple of glasses of pure orange juice a week.

I eat lots of oatmeal, eggs, wheat bread, and meat!

and I try to eat about every 2 to 3 hours.

First thing I would say is go into the nutrition thread and read the sticky about Layne Nortons nutrition primer.

You could look around the training logs and get an idea of the amount of excercises you can throw in for each body part.

I'm assuming that your going to want to continue lifting even after you hit 300 right?
