what i actually did was increase my water intake from 1 gallon a day to 2 gallons per day 1 week out. I continued drinking 2 gallons until 2 days before the show, then 1 day before i cut my water to 1 gallon, and sips as necessary the day of.

it worked extremely well. i also took taraxatone starting 2 days out, but i honestly didn't even need it. my body got used to handling and ridding excess when i increased.

Makes sense I might have to try that.My next show is in OCT
