hey guys, its been a while since i posted an update about me due to me having an rough situation with my elbow etc etc. I thought i should post some picture, cos 1. i have quite gained some muscle thanks to LBJ's reccomendation to suppl etc etc.

p.s. i have a ****ty phone atm cos i sold my d500 =[, will get more update very soon-ish wen i can get hold of a good fone with camera.
