Alright guys and gals, i'm currently 7.5 weeks out from a NPC National Qualifier show.

I have another thread titled "8 weeks out" to compair from last week.

Picts attatched below are of today.

Weight: 215lbs
Bodyfat: 9.12%
Bodyfat dropped from last week: 1.08%

I off clen now and holding extra water. I start clen again this friday so next weeks picts I should be dryer.

You look much larger than 215. I think it is because of your height but normal height I would guess you to be about 235.

I honestly don't know if my tats will hurt my placing. It could since it's a NPC show. The NPC just like the IFBB is very political. That's why Lee is still suspended. We will see. But i'm hoping my tanning and precontest protan will darken me enough where they can't see them that much.

Zomb131,, any word on how the tattoo situation is going? Or are you going to go for a DEEP dark tan..lol.. to try to cover them up?

I've asked many guys who compete, and one who is a top teir NPC athlete and they all said it's no biggie. As long as you get dark and get ripped it won't matter.

I heard juna tan makes a lotion for tats..i gotta check it out.
