Well, I've always been limber from doing Yoga. I can handle the weight very well, usually because it's around my midsection and no-where else. Sometimes if I don't sit up straight though, I develop a hunchback. My highest was around 311.
honestly bro in my opinion unless u really love bodybuilding id say forget cutting and keep beefin up u can easily get a football scholarship at ur rate ur a giant haha
Thanks man. Well, I'll try my hand at bodybuilding because I'm probably going to get a scholarship to football anyway. I want to be a bodybuilder, but I know if it doesn't work out, I have football and power lifting to fall back on.
