You dont really see people work their forearms alot, which is too bad because thats one of the few muscles thats always showing.

Anybody measured there forearms before? If so how big? Its kind of difficult to pull off actually.

i don't really believe in training forearms, the size, shape, (vascularity when BF is dropped) will come all in time with years of hard & consistant training...i think i've only trained forearms 3-4 times in the past year, lol

This might be true for someone like yourself that grows every time they touch a weight haha but for someone like me who was not blessed with this gift and was given genetically smaller forearms with short muscle belly's, I have to work them one to two times a week just for them not to look like toothpicks. By far my biggest complaint about my body, along with calves.

I also train foreams twice a week. I see much better results this way. Also, thanks for the compliments guys.

i just feel that its one of the body parts thats always showing...i think it looks funny when you have a bodybuilder with a great wide thick physique and then have chicken leg foreamrs compared to the rest of them..thats why i train em...but now they keep growing lol..we are almost at 14 inches on the forearms over here

I like to do a Century set with Reverse Barbell curls. I get some crazy veins going when I do something for them.
