Hi to everybody, my name is Guillermo Acevedo, I am from Colombia .(Do you remenber? the country of the "pibe valderrama"), the best country in the world!, First in my country, everybody loves the soccer, its the national sport, and here, you can't see a lot of bodybuilders, because is not the tradition.
I want to invite all the members of this forum to send their own pictures, is good to see their progresses. Well, I have been training with weights for 2 years . I am now 19 years old (my birthday was on may22). What do you think about my pictures? am I good for my age? or should I be more bigger? Markus Ruhl is my favorite bodybuilder I want to be like him, because his shoulders are from another galaxy. Well, I will be waiting for your comentaries, I want to be a professional bodybuilder , so I will continue training!

Hi my Colombian friend! I´m spanish do you remember? Also my language is spanish but I preffer to write here in english for all the friends of the forum.
I think You are very young and if you want to be a proffesional bodybuilder you´ll need to get musch more mass. For the moment I think you are in the ritght way, I think you have a good potential, but you know, eat, eat, eat, and train, train, train, resting all that you need.

man i use to no these 2 columbian chicks and they kinda looked exactly the same....short and kida have the same face look...i think that brazillian chicksr hotter...
