17 years old , from Norway, been training with weights about 7 - 8 months.

My back 2 weeks ago

biceps og chest today

Are there hope for me? Do you guys think I can compete in about 2 - 3 years in Athletic fitness ?

ANY HOPE? Hell that is one IMPRESSIVE transformation over about 8 months. You swelled up like the HULK!

Good job. Keep it up. IN another year or so you should be a MONSTER.

Hey, nice improvement for 8 months dude.. awesome job..

Concentrate on hitting your back,, legs and chest heavy as you can,, the rest will follow.

Wow, awesome transformation. You had a better transformation than some people that had a 1-2 year transformation. Keep up the good work.
