i haven't been here in awhile so sorry for the late thank you's

I'm going to have my wife take some other shots + some of my back and then you will see where i have the biggest challange is proportion

i'm about 18% BF but since may 23rd i've been hittin the cardio morning(30 min sanua 10min) and night after workout so i think its dropped. (i hope)

now I'll b honest w/ all ya now I am probally the most fortunate because i was born with this deformation. (sometimes if I'm feeling saucy I'll say it was bitten off by a shark or my fav is when i was around 7 we moved to a new neighborhood ans a few of the kid wouldn't come around for a while so when they finally did they asked me what happened and i said that my dad chopped it off while i was helping him cut firewood. needless to say that for a long time whenever my dad got home from work the kids that were @ my house took off running when he pulled up and never came around while he was there. He said that he never thought much of it but after a few years he began 2 wonder what the f#ck was going on so when he came home one time (Scott) my next door neighbor didn't see him, my dad grabbed him and (the boy screamed & bawled so long i think back it was so fu*kin funny) asked him why and he said that if he chopped his own sons arm off for not holding the wood steady then what would he do to us(kids) if we got in trouble?
needless to say i was grounded forever an my dad called all the parents and explained (hell the parents didn't know) and really didn't care they thought it was funny. (see that whats wrong with todays youth)
that is an honest story...

also i never would be able to achieve anything if it wasn't 4 my mom & pop
my mother was born deaf and my father got severe polio in both legs when he was 3 and walkrd on crutches ever scince

( i love it when people @ the gym ask me to lend them a hand, i'll pop off the hand and lay it by them. great comedy but old now around there)

I should have some new pics by march/april. I hope to be down around 10% BF 230lbs (right now I'm 235 @ 16% i can't put the beer down around foolball season! ya know?) and better preportion on my left side. back is comming around but still alot of work 2 b done...
