Hello! my first post here!

Hello every one , this is my first post here.
So here are some stats: 187cm, today 101kg, and 36yers old.
Training for about 12yers,and I do still make gains in both strenght and weight,my heavyest yet is 107kg in early mars, this year.
When I started the training my weight was 67,5kg, so I have done some good gains, at least I think so.
My strenght stats are: Bench press 125kg, Squats180kg and deadlift 210kg.
I think I learn alot every time I schrolls thru the pages here at "boudybuilding dungeon"and I'm glad I find this forum.
So this is a little about me.

Not a bad back shot at all bud, only constructive critisism I can give is work on your Bi's your shoulders really overpower your arms.

Mygeeto, kenny666, kirklab and bigbull, here are one more picture for you all.
And "sparky dustin", my arms is a BIG problem for me , they have just stop growing!. They have been 44cm(+-1cm) for 2 years!. Nothing seems to work, high rep, low rep, heavy or light, they have just stopped ther progress!

Try doing 100rep sets, 1 exercise with 100 reps. You only use about 30% of the weight you can do for 12-15 reps and do 100 reps, around 60-70 your arms will feel like they are on fire but just push through. The pump you get is insane and its very good for shocking your arms into growth.

Hello again! I have now tryed your 100rep workout, my arms are totaly ****ed!! And I love it!. I also dit it for hacklift, shoulderpress in a smith, benchpress and calves!!
So I can tell you that my week has bin hard.
Thanks for the tip, I will do it again in a copple of weeks!
