Hello every one , this is my first post here.
So here are some stats: 187cm, today 101kg, and 36yers old.
Training for about 12yers,and I do still make gains in both strenght and weight,my heavyest yet is 107kg in early mars, this year.
When I started the training my weight was 67,5kg, so I have done some good gains, at least I think so.
My strenght stats are: Bench press 125kg, Squats180kg and deadlift 210kg.
I think I learn alot every time I schrolls thru the pages here at "boudybuilding dungeon"and I'm glad I find this forum.
So this is a little about me.
