hi guys. Im on this forum for a short time now, but im reading a lot and ive seen a lot of pictures of you all. Im getting quite curious what you guys think of me, so ill post a couple pictures of myself. please tell me what you think, and what points i have to work on.
i started training when i was 16. i went 1 time in a week to the gym for a year, and when i turned 17 i started to train 'serious' which means 3 times a week if i had the chance.
My goal is to look muscled, have my abs good visible and to see defenition. I'm not bodybuilding, but you guys probaly can tell that by looking at the pictures.
