don't worry about these douchebags dude, squats, bench presses, deadlifts, barbell rows, shoulder presses all in good form in the 6-8 rep range and eat like a madman, you've got a great structure to start with, it actually looks like you work out already, it would be well worth it to join a gym, 35 bucks a month or so depending on where you live, way better equipment and tons of motivation i.e. girls, don't fuck with the drugs at you're age you're hormones are already naturally high, just train, eat and sleep, and study |
