don't worry about these douchebags dude, squats, bench presses, deadlifts, barbell rows, shoulder presses all in good form in the 6-8 rep range and eat like a madman, you've got a great structure to start with, it actually looks like you work out already, it would be well worth it to join a gym, 35 bucks a month or so depending on where you live, way better equipment and tons of motivation i.e. girls, don't **** with the drugs at you're age you're hormones are already naturally high, just train, eat and sleep, and study |
