this is me, im 16 and i've never worked out befor but i am about to start.
i was thinking about getting my own set of machines and weights so if you have any ideas about a good routien to start on can you pm me or email me:

Why do u post pics when u don't even have anything yet. Oh, and if you're really interested in gaining som muscles u should do your own research on nutrition and workout programs and don't just ask if somebody wanna mail all info to u. That's just plain lazyness. :topicsuck I agree, GET A HAIRCUT! See u in a few years.

and when i get bigger i will post another pic, consider it a befor shot
ohh and i only asked for the work out advice because everything i find isn't for noobs, its all to hardcore, i spose i could follow a similar routine and just "tone it down a bit" but i thought someone might know one thats good for noobs here. ohh well its ok. (if you didnt guess already, i have looked around for one :) )

don't worry about these douchebags dude, squats, bench presses, deadlifts, barbell rows, shoulder presses all in good form in the 6-8 rep range and eat like a madman, you've got a great structure to start with, it actually looks like you work out already, it would be well worth it to join a gym, 35 bucks a month or so depending on where you live, way better equipment and tons of motivation i.e. girls, don't fuck with the drugs at you're age you're hormones are already naturally high, just train, eat and sleep, and study

i never have done drugs, exept alcohol, but i have already decided to cut that right out. yeah i had a look at a few gyms and i was told bout $400 au for about 12 months, is that about right or do you think i should try find cheeper?
anyway i bout a set of weights for bicep curls and shit, so i can do that at home. my school has leg machines like leg presses so i can do that there. and i bought a boxing bag to work up my cardio, cause i got told by a gym person that that will be good for it.
but yeah i'm still interested in a gym so i will keep looking for a good one.

hey, man, 400/yr. sounds about right, kinda high, but i don't know what's available in you're area, SQUAT,SQUAT,SQUAT, that will put the weight on you so quick it will scare you, leave the cardio alone for a while
