my gym partner took this pic on his phone, whilst at his home in the kitchen, lol. it was taken lastnight after a training session at the gym, i know all u guys wanted a recent pic of me so here u go, & let me know what u think. i really should of taken a pic of what we were cooking too, lol. perfect bulk food. STEAK, PEAS, MASH POTATOES & RICE CAKES. with a little icecream for desert, lol
