here ya go guys, tell us what you think. im around 5"6' and 169pds (77kg). 16yrs old. critisism is welcome and anything else, thanks.

For 16 you look pretty decent, only thing I could suggest is more mass on the chest and back. Arms and shoulders look good, you should post some leg shots.

for sure lookin good, nice traps, i agree with sparky just thicken up that chest and widen the lats, and dont let your sister catch you in there.

also start deadlifting.... your back looks like it fades away the farther down it goes...

thanks guys lol man that's my room!! lol =P anyway, yeh thing is i do deadlift, and i have a decent lower back, but i might start getting back into weighted back extensions i think. thanks heaps, and more comments are welcome =)
