New to the dungeon and pic

Hi guys .. i am new to this forum and would introduce my self with a picture..

I have trained for several years now and have been heavily injured for about 9 moths.. the picture i am attaching is on the end of the injury period, the injuries were caused by some heavy stress and i actually "burned out" (don't know the correct word in English, i am a dutch guy)

Now i am rebuilding and regaining very vast (love muscle memory's !) My legs are extremily lagging in the picture, got a heavy knee injury and wasn't able to do almost any leg work at all.. Now while i am rebuilding the legs grow real real fast :) and get some size now ! will post a new picture soon

Currently weighing 100 kilograms, with a length of 184 centimeters..

The forum won't let me link my picture which i have online on my site... any workarounds? it keeps saying i don't have enough posts (DUH ! i am new and introducing ... this sux)

I am training split style, working out 4 to 6 times a week ..

The only supps used is some whey powder.. to keep the body in motion i use a simple sports vitamin, and some glucosamine/chondrotine and i added the omega 3-6-9 caps... It helped me healing up my injuries and from many people i heard taking the glucosamin is always a good idea to keep the body in ultimate condition to lift heavy weights..

It's still weird, i am using the button insert an image in the advanced editor.. it keeps saying i may not link the picture.. sorry i can't let see the picture... i will keep trying to get it online ..

I am currently training 4 days a week ... the last recovery from the injuries i had..
Monday it's chest and front / side shoulders
Tuesday it's back and the backside shoulders
Wednesday rest
Thursday Legs and calves
Friday biceps and triceps

Abs are freely thrown in the training

i am not that freakin big ...

I will do .. i have a serious trainer who helps me making my routines ...

Before i got injured (september 2006) i was planning to do a competiion november this year...

Now i will go for a competition in november 2008 .. i need some big mass badly want to try to compete in the heavy class .. i am now weighing 99 kilograms at 13 BF

i believe rear delts and front delts should be worked on the same day.. so make a day 5 with shoulders /abs... and work ur chest alone and ur back alone.... here's my program, it is pretty good IMO:

Monday (Back)
-Deadlift
-Lat pulldown
-Close-grip pulldowns
-Dumbbell bent-over row
Tuesday(Off)
Wednesday (Chest)
- Flat dumbbell bench press
- Dumbbell Incline Press
- Dumbbell Flyes
- Barbell Bench press
- Pushups as cooldown
Thursday(Legs/abs)
-Squats
-Standing lever leg curls
- Leg extension
- Standing Calf Raises
- Weighted Crunches
Friday(Triceps/Biceps)
- Dumbbell curls
- Triceps pushdown
- Preacher curls
- Close grip Bench press
- Incline Dumbbell Curls
- Close stance push ups
Saturday(Shoulders/Abs/Chest)
- Shrugs
- Shoulder press
- Lateral raise
- Rear delt row
- Front raise
