LBJ do you perform alot of deadlifting to get the big thick rope / band of muscle up the middle of your back.

I think having a thick muscular back is so impressive. Not to mention WIDE as yours is. Any suggestions you have to getting this area more developed is ( as always ) greatly appreciated.

weighted chins & pull ups for overall mass on back bro...

4X8 - over hand pull ups (weighted if poss)
4X8 - under hand (weighted if poss)
3X12 - bent over rows
3X12 - cable rows
4X8 - db rows
pyramids 2-12 12-2 on lat pulldown

on deads i use mainly back - 4X8
