critique please, i'm 5'8 at 170... do you guys think i should bulk or cut...my goal for next year is to be a lean 180.

thanks for the critique any ideas for rear delts, beside the rows i do on back days? i have a shoulder day but i mainly focus on the front delts, military press(DB and BB) side and front raises and upright rows, i also do alot of rotator cuff work on this day... do y ou think i should throw some rear delt stuff in there too? any suggestions?

dude, massive improvement from the first pic .. i bet it must be the best feeling & great for your confidence to know that you got excellent results from the work you put in at the gym. Very good results there well done keep up the hard work
