175 heading to 200

What's up fellas, I'm new to this site,, looks awesome so far, very good advise from alot of you, that's really cool,, I'm Chris from Pittsburgh I'm 39 years old, 5 foot 6 inches I currently weight 175. Hoping to get to 200. I love to deadlift,, Squat and Bench, been working out since i was 11. Doing the math that is a long time. I know I should be bigger but it takes money and I did not have alot growing up. I need some directions on getting my pic posted for yenz, ( pittsburgh slang) to see me. I'm using creatine, whey and eating alot of good wholesome food, turkey, fish, chicken, salmon. I drink at least a gallon of water a day. I will let you reply back and make some updates with my training routine. I look forward to hearing from you guys and hopefully getting my pic on this site. Let me know your thoughts/ comments/ suggestions. There is always room for improvement. I will take any adise you have.

Thanks Gents. Dam you guys get around huh,, like the welcoming dudes. Great to hear from both of you. Been reading alot of your updates to others. My life is much different than most, Married w/ 2 kids and the money goes to them.. I buy what I can when on sale, may not be the best but I work hard to get my results like everyone else.

I hear ya bro, I'm building on a budget too and it can be done. Luckily you have stumbled on a smogasboard of information on bodybuilding.
