What's up fellas, I'm new to this site,, looks awesome so far, very good advise from alot of you, that's really cool,, I'm Chris from Pittsburgh I'm 39 years old, 5 foot 6 inches I currently weight 175. Hoping to get to 200. I love to deadlift,, Squat and Bench, been working out since i was 11. Doing the math that is a long time. I know I should be bigger but it takes money and I did not have alot growing up. I need some directions on getting my pic posted for yenz, ( pittsburgh slang) to see me. I'm using creatine, whey and eating alot of good wholesome food, turkey, fish, chicken, salmon. I drink at least a gallon of water a day. I will let you reply back and make some updates with my training routine. I look forward to hearing from you guys and hopefully getting my pic on this site. Let me know your thoughts/ comments/ suggestions. There is always room for improvement. I will take any adise you have.
